Administrative and Financial Consultancy for the Project MUSAS

Antonella Padolecchia is currently working as an administration consultant for the Project Convenzione Basilicata, co-founded by POR Basilicata at the ISCR of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. She is also a Technical Consultant for PON FSE 14-20 at ANPAL [National Agency for Active Labour Policies].

Pursuant to her specialisation in European Planning in Italy and abroad, she collaborated with the Italian Civil Service as a Technical Consultant for regional and national funding programs (co-founded by the European Structural Funds), especially within the ERDF (Regional Operational Program [POR] for Apulia and Basilicata, INTERREG Italy, Greece and Albania, Territorial Pacts for Employment, POR Latium, PON Governance and System Measures 2007-2013, National Operational Program [PON] for Institutional Governance and Capacity 2014-2020, PON Development and Culture), thus acquiring throughout the years an in-depth insight in the governance multilevel processes.

In the years 2017-2019 she had a major assignment at the Agency for Territorial Cohesion for the implementation of the European Code of Conduct on Partnership within the National Operational Program for Institutional Governance and Capacity 2014-2020, as well as Assistant for the Committee with supervisory and monitoring functions in implementing the Programs 2014-2020 and after 2020.
